Hello,

We are looking for some information/worked examples on how to use the REST API for creating Job Application.

We are trying to use the "Create Job Application" REST API call as mentioned here https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/global-human-resources/19d/farws/op-recruitingcejobapplications-post.html
1) The body shows almost all of the parameters as Optional. We would like to know which of those are actually required/mandatory for using this REST API to create a job application.
2) Also, we would like to know what role/access security should be given to a userlogin to be able to access and create job application (Method = POST).
