Hi,

We have completed the below steps:

1. Enabled Full Life cycle tracking for both the Finished Good and its components

2. Created Item Structure and Work Definition

3. Created the work order and performed the Work Order completion and now we can see the FG as Parent Asset and It's components as child Assets in Asset Hierarchy

4. Now we created a SO and shipped this FG

5. Now when we check this Asset Hierarchy in Install Base, Customer Information got updated only in the FG Asset Number but not in the Component Asset Number
