Agency Referrals - agents are not able to enter candidate address

Hi Team,

When an agent is trying to refer a candidate and he enters his basic details - the application asks the agent if he want to add other details of the candidate. Once the agent clicks "Yes" and try to add the address - he is not able to see the LOVs of country. This looks to be a security issue.

1) How can we give access to agent to add the candidate's address.

2) Is there a way to restrict agents to just provide the basic details and does not allow them to see the complete profile just as in case of employee referrals.
