Autocompletion failed error

When searching for Person Results in Payroll after Enabling the profile options, my user account doesnt  allow me to access the data.

The version is in 20A and i have enabled the profile values recently.

Please anybody can help me out what could be the actual cause of nor allowing to access the data when others can.
