Internal Candidate Applying in Current Jobs. Missing sections as applicant

Internal Candidate / Employee applies in "Current Jobs"  In the application, a note displays "A Copy of your skills and Qualifications will be included with your job application.  Review Skills and Qualifications"

As an internal candidate, application can use your talent profile to apply for the job. This  goes well until, I log in as a recruiter to view applicant details and there are content sections from the employee talent profile which are missing in their job application.  I am expecting the sections such as Capabilities, Skills, Memberships etc sections to be displayed in the job application of the candidate
