Error when testing Oracle HCM Skill with Skill tester
Content
After pulling FADigitalAssistant from the Skill Store, you can immediately use the Skill Tester to test the Digital Assistant. However when using the Skill Tester on the included Skills, such as HCM, after being prompted to "Get an Access Token" you then receive the error message "I'm having some technical difficulty on my end. Please try again in a few moments.".
This can be caused by the Skill-level custom parameter da.FARestEndPoint having an incorrect value. This parameter provides the URL that the Skill uses to connect to HCM to complete the actions requested by the user. Ordinarily the value is obtained from FADigitalAssistant, however, when the Skill is tested directly on it's own it uses the Skill-level parameter.
