Position Incumbrence(FTE) not updating correctly while loading assignment data

Hi All, 

 

I have loaded assignment data using hdl data loader but loading i didn't see position FTE not updating assignment level. Because of FTE not updated it is not working position incumbence calculation correctly. 

 

Please share  any ideas or previous experience if any.
