Specialization Progress Index count not increasing

Hi,

We have a requirement - where we need to mark 5 offerings out of 48 in a specialization as "Completed". We are able to mark offerings as completed through HDL for learning record. However, the number on Specialization Progress remains unchanged as 0/48 In Progress. Is this the limitation in HDL load. Please let us know. Attached is the image.
