 Further to the discussion, on the link: https://cloudcustomerconnect.oracle.com/posts/a47db78c62

tried to implement polling for Chat Inlay load. It works half-way i.e when no agent is available for chat, Chat Inlay widget is not displayed and it displays after agent is available for chat .

But looks like there is no constant polling and it ends as soon as the widget is loaded once. Also, the '"polling-threshold": "1" is the only working option. Tried setting it to a higher number like 10 to keep the polling live but does not work. So when the agent goes offline after the chat is loaded, there is no way to hide the chat widget.
