Obtaining SOC 1 and SOC 2 TRCS Reports

Where can SOC 1 and SOC 2 TRCS Reports be obtained?  We noted SOC 1 and SOC 2 reports can be found for EPBCS in the "Documents" section of "Service Detail" for our application, but could not find TRCS specific reports.  Please advise.  Thanks!
