how to setup multiplier value for overtime elements

Hi All,

          we have a logic that if a person works for more than 12 hours he gets double time and whatever amount he works above 8 he gets overtime. below is the setup

hours worked=14

Double time=2

overtime=4

Regular time=8

Regular is paid at 1x, overtime is 1.5x and double time is 2x.

Now the double time logic is not working and I am unable to trace where is the calculation setup for this logic to work. I checked the earning results element fast formula which has following

Earning results fast fornulas calls the seeded "US_EARN_RESULTS" which in turn calls the "US_WSA_OPERATIONS" formula but nowhere i can see a logic of doing 1.5x or 2x...How can i set the double time to calculate 2x of the salaxy.
