Can Line Manager request Award for his employee?

Hi All,

We implemented Award Compensation and using this area for giving employee an Award.
Our current process right now like this: Admin or HR Team enters an award from Award Compensation and this goes for Line Manager and HR Team's approvals respectively.

However we have one requirement. Also, Line Managers should be able to request an Award for their employees. And this request should go HR Team's approval. Is there any way to do that? Currently when I sign in from Line Manager's account I can't see any option to do that.
