PCMCS Rules Migration Failed from One Environment to another

Hi Experts,

I need some help with migration issue that we are facing.

  1. We tried importing the rules from Dev1 to Dev4 today, but we noticed a very strange behaviour today.

We tried various approaches to migrate the rules:

  1. Approach-
    1. Created a new PoV – May Actual 2019 in Dev1 and Dev4.
    2. Copied Aug 2019 rules -> May 2019 in Dev1.
    3. Uploaded backup of Dev1 on Dev4.
    4. Imported the ‘Model -> May 2019 -> Program’ artifact to Dev4
    5. Failed

I have attached the screenshot of the error .
