Performance Management Ratings Changes Do Not Update Alerts and Manager Reports

By changing the performance ratings, the alerts are not triggered by the updated performance ratings and manager reports are not reflecting the updated performance ratings

Content

We are integrating performance ratings with Workforce Compensation. If a manager updates the performance rating in the Performance Module, the updated rating will show on the Compensation Worksheet. However:

  1. the updated ratings do not trigger alerts. For example, we build a rule that says if someone gets a NI rating, the merit can’t be over 3%, otherwise, the manager can’t save the worksheet. Based on our testing, if a performance rating now gets changed to NI, the alert does not get triggered. After running an dynamic column and alert refresh, the alert will show up on the worksheet but the manager can still save the worksheet (basically bypass the hard alert)
