Is there any way to get a field larger than 150 characters on the Model Profile

We have defined in Talent Profile Classic some fields on the Job Model Profile in a field of 4000 characters.  Is there any way to get a field on the model profile to store this information.  We see we can make the field available on the content section in the person and subscribe to Talent management and the field is available in the configuration of the field, but does not show on the job model profile when you navigate to the page.  From the subscriber the description field is there, but when you add that section it is not available.
