Is it possible to configure calculated compensation elements?

Hello experts,

we should configure a bonus element calculated as a percentage of annual salary. I know that we can configure both fixed amount and percentages, but is it possible to configure elements based on calculations? (in other words, the element amount should be the result of a formula, for example from 2 to 14% of their annual gross salary).
