PO approval ADF notification - EDIT button not working in SANDBOX

Summary

Team, We want to rename few column names in PO approval notification - ADF notification . While login to Sandbox instance -> Click on EDIT button does not show structure and component.

We want to rename few column names in PO approval notification - ADF notification . While login to Sandbox instance -> Click on EDIT button does not show structure and component.

Hence i am unable to rename columns . 

Also, getting attached error
