ADF error while updating Emergency Contact Details

ADF- Application Error while update family emergency details

We have the issue with ADF error, navigation : Me --> Personal Information --> Family and Emergency Contacts --> Click on contact name --> ADF error. This issue was in 19D, we have raised Oracle SR and we have been told that it is a bug and it will be fixed in the Release 20A. We have upgraded to 20A couple of days before and still face the same issue. 

Could anyone assist over this please as we are facing this issue in live environment
