We are currently testing how Accepted Job Offers are automatically stored against a hired employees Document Records.

We have tested accepting a Job Offer with attachments, and have some questions:

Questions:

  • Why is the recruiter name displayed on attachments?
  • Why does it say "FUSION_APPS_HCM_IRC_APPID" and not the candidate name?
  • What are the rules for amending the title of an accepted document and can this rule be changed?
