Trouble Adding the Boosting Recruiter report

Hi,

I am trying add the Candidate Snapshot report to the Candidate Job Application page suggested in the Boosting Recruiter Productivity document of Oracle. This is suggested as part of reducing the need to perform many clicks so that the recruiters can get to the right information.

 

Steps that I performed so far are as follows:

1) Imported the data model and RTF files to the BI Publisher

2) Enabled Sandbox and added a tab on the job application page

3) Added a HTML box on that custom tab

 

Now I am having issues with figuring how to link the report to that page so that system will dynamically open the relevant candidates information in Job Application page. If someone has been able to successfully use this then please let me know what report link was embedded on that HTML box. So far the link that I have been able to create is below and the main roadblock is I am unable to figure out is where to find the right parameters that are to be included in the URL and how to do it correctly.
