Summary

Career Statement should be displayed on the Career Development page only

Hello

In the new RUI and Profiles we are not able to control the display of the Career Statement section this is appearing on both Skills page and the Career Dev page.  If we hide this, then it is getting hidden on both pages and we need this to only display on the Career Development page.
