Possible to rename Offer phase?

Is it possible to change the name of  Phase "Offer" to "Contract"?

Our organization is not using written Job Offers, but instead sending out contracts for candidates after an oral job offer. Therefore we aim at using the Job Offer functionality in ORC to send out contracts to sign for candidates, and want to call the Phase as "Contract"

It is not possible to change as part of designing Candidate Selection Process, and then the alternative seems to be User Interface Text. However, the word "Offer" is so generic and appears in many places and we fear it might impact the functionality of Job Offers.
