BI Publisher bar graph: change series sort order but keep the order of series colors

Hello!  First time on this forum, and hoping someone can help me out.

I have a vertical 100% bar graph based on a SQL data model, currently with 2 data series but can have up to 4.  I have hard-coded the colors for series 1 through 4.  The default sort order of the series is bottom up in the graph, resulting in Series 1 (Component 1) in the lower half of the bar, in red, and Series 2 (Component 2) in the upper half of the bar, in orange.  I want to switch the series order to top down, so Component 1 will be in the top half of the bar; and I
