Has anybody else experienced issues with the Temporary Password in the forgot password emails not being recognized as valid when the employee tries to use it to reset their password?
We had an upgrade on Friday to 20A.0.2 and we noticed an increase in employees reporting issues resetting their passwords. In every instance as the Admin when I checked the SmartOrg account there was no indication that the employee had done anything other than repeatedly enter an invalid password. We initially thought they never triggered the forgot password, so we triggered it for them. Today as the issue is continuing I attempted the password reset with one of our test accounts and experienced the same issue the employees have been reporting.
