GL Account Details Report needed with Project Accounts when used

In order to ensure we can reconcile GL transactions to project accounts a report that contains this data is needed from the GL

We are in need of report, similar to the GL Account Details Report, but with additional columns containing the POET.  Since the POET does not post to the GL, is there a way to link the actuals to the sources, AP transactions and JEs in order to get this information into a report?  Has anyone been successful generating a report like this? 

The project account reconciliation is not working for us. We believe this is because we do not process the transactions in Projects, but in AP and through JEs.
