Recruiting AOR and notifications about creation of new Job Requsitions

Is it possible to make use of "Recruiting AOR" when sending notification triggered by the "Approve Job Requisition" flow when a new Job Requisition has been submitted?Content
We are using AOR type "Recruiting" to restrict the access to Job Requisitions. As an example we have created a security role for Recruiters restricting the access by using the Job Requisition Location information.
As part of completing the approval of the Job Requisition, we want to send a notification to all users how have a AOR which has the Location of the Job Requisition within their scope.
Example:
The creation of a Job Requisition has been submitted with a location equal to "Lithuania". The Approval rules includes a stage where we send a notification to all Representatives using the Representative type "Recruiting" and Representative of "Hiring Managers representatives".
