Goal Plan Refresh

How to refresh goal plans?

We recently changed eligibility profiles to modify who is eligible for certain goal plans and we want to refresh the goal plans so that they capture the eligibility profile correctly. Is there a way to do this without a mass delete? Some of our employees have goals in Oracle and I do not want to lose that data.
