    Associate makes updates to performance goals or adds a performance goal but does not submit, leader receives "Approvals are in progress. Info is locked"

    When an associate enters comments, adds goals, makes any updates to their goals prior to hitting submit, it locks the goals for the leader and says " Approvals are in progress. Info is locked." This is confusing as the leader does not have anything to approve yet. The associate has not submitted to for approvals.

    Is this just the new functionality? Can this be modified so that the leader only receives this message when the associate has submitted for approval?
