How to enable Amount based bill method and revenue methods while creating an award

Currently there is only cost reimbursable billing method and As incurred/As billed revenue methods available in the LoV (In awards screen and Grants Implementation Options). Some of the awards with our client have 100% billing upfront scenario (bill in advance) or recognize 100% revenue when the award is granted. In such scenarios, we cannot create a contract with Amount based methods.

Yes, I am aware that we can go to the contract and amend it to add amount based methods, but isn't there a way to do it directly from award?
