Life Events Update History is now gone after Responsive UI is turned on
Summary
Not able to determine who processed the life event or who backed out the life eventContent
Earlier in classic UI, we had the audit information as who processed a life event or backed out a life event. When was the event last updated etc. But in Responsive UI, we have lost all that important information.
Is Oracle going to add that information back onto Responsive UI as well?
Benefits teams are finding it difficult to get that information unless, we create reports to extract this info from back end.
Very inconvenient right now.
Anyone else facing similar issues in Benefits Responsive UI?
