Enhanced Profiles - Can a Skills and Qualifications Section Be Set to Auto Expand in Responsive UI

Does the ability to auto-expand sections in enhanced profiles exist?

We are in the process of updating to Enhanced Profiles.  We use model profiles (Job) to hold what is basically a job description, essential job functions, knowledge, skills, and etc.  We were able to capture the required details by copying a profile template, skills and qualifications, and using descriptive flexfields.  Unfortunately, the carets\dropdowns must be expanded to see the data, see attached document.  Is it possible to auto-expand these sections when the model profile page is opened?  Auto-expanding the sections will make it easier for the profile administrator to manage the data.
