Make activity visbile for Bukcet/Group

Hi,

In our instance we have 2 types of activities Internal and Customer. Now in Resource tree we have groups and buckets. If we try to add new activity on a bucket its showing only internal not customer. Is there any setting to make customer type activities visible at bucket/group
