Linked Report in Report Package Reference Doclet

Summary

Whenever we rename the report or move it to different folder, the linked report checkmark for that report in reference doclet disappears and resulting into unlinking of the report.

When we rename a report or move it to a different folder, the reference doclet linked report does not automatically detect this and when we do a "Check In"reference doclet and try doing a refresh data source a warning message comes that the report is deleted and you want to unlink it?  

Any reasons why this could be happening? Is this the normal behaviour?
