Is it possible to add Bind Parameter to Value Set

Hi All,

I am looking for option to add a Bind Parameter (:xdo_user_name) while creating a value set, to achieve our business requirement. But once this is added, when I open the DFF LOV, i am getting error as  "Missing IN or OUT parameter index".
