Not able to build Goal and Performance Extract

Not able to join Goal and Performance Extract Tables

Creating an extract for Goals and Performance. I have used the following user entity for creating the extract:

HRA_EXT_EVALUATIONS_UE
HRA_EVAL_SECTIONS_RATINGS_UE
HRT_EXT_RATING_LEVEL_UE
HRG_EXT_GOAL_UE
HRA_DOC_TYPES_TMPL_DEFNS_UE

But not able to join the HRG_EXT_GOAL_UE with the other entities.

So anyone please suggest me, what will be the proper joining and extract table should I use to build Goal and Performance extract.

Please find the attached XML extract.
