ADP WFN Integration - State Taxes

edited Sep 5, 2020 12:33AM in Payroll and Global Payroll Interface (GPI) 1 comment

Summary

It's clear to me that the standard integration does not work ‘out of the box’ pertaining to state taxes. I hoping someone prove me wrong.

Content

I'm truly curious to know if anyone has been able to implement the ADP WFN standard extract and what they did to map all the various state tax information. I'm being told from Oracle and ADP that I have to map this myself which is crazy to me as both companies are using the same forms provided by the states.

Here's a life of issues that don't see a solution to unless I customize the standard extract (which I'm trying my hardest not to as this is a 100% provided integration).

Howdy, Stranger!
