Good Day,

I am seeking guidance.  We are planning to move to Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) later this year, 2020.  We care currently in the process of updating to User Responsive and Enhance Profiles (Profiles V2).  We would like to gain an understanding of how or if Model Profiles, Job, Organization or Position, are used in ORC.  Are any of the model content sections, including Job Description, Job Responsibility, or Job Qualifications housed in Model Profiles used ORC?  A Model Profile screenshot is attached for reference. 

If Model Profile Details are not used in requisitions or job postings, where is the text that details essential duties, job functions, or qualifications held in ORC?  Are they converted to a content library and added to requisition templates?   Or does ORC use the fields in the Model Profile?
