HI,

In new responsive pages, when employee creates goal and marked it as 'Private', private goal requires approval.

In classic UI, this was not the case. Private goal wasn't needed any approval from manager. We have enabled goal approval for newly created goals by employee which might be causing this issue.

 Can someone please advise how can we restrict private goal from getting submitted for the approval to manager.
