OBI Dashboard Prompt Error - 'Failed to Load (3 retries)'
Summary
We have a number of users (though not all) receiving a 'Failed to Load' error when attempting to use a dashboard prompt in OBIContent
We have a number of users reporting that the values within our dashboard prompts will not load to allow them to filter the analyses within the dashboard page. Instead, they receive an error that states 'Failed to Load (3 retries)' (see attached image). Our technical team has not been able to reproduce the error, though we have seen it in the past, from time to time. Does anyone have thoughts on what might be causing this?
