What are the constraints if FreezePrice flag is set?

I are trying to understand what are the constraints during edit of the Order in Order Management when an order is dropped into OM with the freeze price flag set as "Y".

By chance, I have found out that if the flag is set to "Y", we are not allowed to add new lines to the order.. 

I would like to find documentation/notes on what can be updated or not (Example, quantity, removal of lines etc)

Does anyone have more information on this?
