unable to view items and orgs in supply chain planning (plan inputs) area

Summary

Even after enbaling collections , Did target change collections, still item and org not able to view in plan inputs

Hi Team,

I am unable to view items and orgs in planning area even though after doing Target change and also i ran Refresh and start order promising server job

Attaching the log file as well

warning message in log file:

WARNING: There is no default catalog available. Therefore, there will not be a Default Product Hierarchy.  Please make necessary corrections at the source and relaunch Collections Scheduled Process to include a new default product hierarchy.
