20B Benefit Alerts
I've been reading about the new options with the Benefit Alerts in 20B. I see the delivered alerts for Open enrollment and document approval, however I was wondering if it's possible to modify these alerts to use when a New Hire life event is ready for the EE enrollment, or other life events.
If not, are there plans for adding additional alerts for other life events in the future? I love that alerts are finally being added, but alerts only for Open Enrollment is pretty limited as that only occurs once per year typically.
