Issue with DM extracting Fully Qualified Names in Period Dimension

Hi All,

I have a period dimension that has alternates for YTD reporting. So a standard YearTotal->Q1->Mar  but then a MarYTD that has Jan, Feb and Mar in it.

The below Oracle Doc says that this was fixed in a patch for FDMEE.  I was able to use the work around of calling the fully qualified name in the Application Period Mappings. But I'm posting this as I'm surprised an issue in FDMEE was patched but not applied to the cloud, so I am hoping there is something I am missing.
