Onboarding Process (Exempt vs Non-Exempt E-Paperwork)?
Summary
How are you handling non-exempt versus exempt hires using Onboarding?Content
Hi All,
We currently have Taleo Onboarding implemented in certain locations where we mostly hire exempt workers and some non-exempt workers, but are looking to scale out to more of our non-exempt locations and wanted to know how others are handling having non-exempt hires complete electronic paperwork via Onboarding prior to Day 1? We have a few ideas and are discussing with our legal team, but don't want to reinvent the wheel if others have successful processes in place. Would love to hear any feedback on how you are accomplishing.
