Sales order scheduling failed with the below error message,

(DOO-2685273) Cause: The shipping method was not found in the shipping organization passed to order promising. Action: Verify the shipping organization and shipping method combination.

I have verified the carrier setup and it is associated with the shipping organization (Warehouse in the sales order line)

Find attached the document. Data collection in target mode is completed succesfully, but still getting the error.

Any pointers.
