Hi Friends,

I have come across an unusual behavior of SmartView. A user of mine has Power user access and he was able to access to Library containing the Data Forms. He recently discovered that the library is not visible when he connects to SmartView (PBCS is our application).

When I look at his screen, I see a shortcut sign on the application. However, I do not see that when I connect. A screenshot is attached.

Any help would be highly appreciated. Many thanks.
