Employee Referral/Agency Referral - Error if the email address already exists in the ORC system
Our client would like to show an error to referrers as soon as they enter the email address of the candidate they are referring to and the email address already exists in the system. Currently they are getting warning and they are able to continue referring. Is it possible?
This is true both in the case of employee referral and agency referral.
Please let me know if there is any workaround to achieve this.
