When the negotiation is draft, you can send online messages to collaboration team members by selecting 'All members' from the Internal list. After the negotiation is published, you can send a message broadcast to suppliers and collaboration team members at once by choosing 'All participants' as recipients during the negotiation life cycle.
Additionally you may also include other category managers/procurement agents with view only or full access to other agents' documents in the conversation thread by selecting them from the ‘Internal’ recipients list.
