Hide "Global Talent candidate pool" for hiring managers

Hi Team,

Our client wants to hide the "Global Talent candidate pool" from the hiring managers, is there a way to do that? Or only page personalization should be used?

We want to give the access to hiring manager to create and have their own candidate pools but do not want them to see this global pool.
