BI Publisher- Watermark with rtf template (should be visible with table) and excel template

Hi All,

 

I need your help.

 

I am trying to implement watermark with rtf and excel template.

With rtf, I am able to see watermark only on the last page, where data is not present. My rtf has basically table looped it through. And water mark is not visible on any other page. Has anyone come across such issue and has its fix?

 

Also, Has anyone tried to implement watermark with excel template?
